Your enquiry
When you send an enquiry, Michael Cooper-Rowland, trading as Drop The Mike Games, uses your name, email address, optional phone number, company and project details to respond and manage the conversation. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and legitimate interests in managing business enquiries.
Enquiries, conversation notes, status and follow-up dates are stored in a private database on the website's hosting infrastructure. They are not published. Unsuccessful enquiries will normally be reviewed for deletion after 12 months without activity. Records needed for contracts or legal obligations may need to be retained longer.
Email and your choices
Email services may be used to respond to you and notify the business owner of an enquiry. You will not be added to a marketing list by submitting this form. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information through the enquiry form, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Saving a copy
The save-a-copy button prepares a text file in your browser without submitting it. The send-enquiry button submits the details to the private enquiry tracker. For abuse prevention, a daily hashed network identifier may be stored with submissions.
Hosting
The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website.
Downloads
You can download the services sheet without providing contact details. The enquiry form collects contact details only when you choose to send it.
